EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / ÜST DÜZEY YÖNETİCİ ASİSTANI
·Arrange and confirm appointments
·Prepare presentations, reports and meeting notes
·Organize the travel arrangements and follow up the preparations
·File and organize the documents
·Translate all the texts that the GM requests from Turkish to English / English to Turkish
·Take the translator role when needed
·Take the office administrator role when needed
·Take the buyer role when needed
·Attend travels and meetings
·Coordinate information flow between all internal executives of the company
·Follow up the completion of specific duties of the employees when needed
·Bachelor’s Degree in related field,
·Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
·Advanced in using MS Office applications,
·Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills,
·Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
·Good communication and self-management skills.
·Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
·Able to communicate with high level executives.
·Able to travel domestic and international.
·Able to work over hours with a flexible schedule.
