We are looking for an expert who will create the exceptional event projects for our clients.



•Follow up domestic and global trends on meetings, incentives, congress and all sort of experiental events.

•Research for the alternative events at global scale.

Client Relationships

• Responsible to do the essential preparation for Pinaps to response the clients brief from a content perspective with creative approach in accordance with budget.

•Manage client contact leading all communications, calls and meetings

•Be prepared to confidently present creative response/concepts, production documents and budgets to upper management

•Ensure absolute client satisfaction on all client accounts and projects

Project Leadership

•Build relationships with other departments; operations, creative, production and logistics, establishing and maintaining regular project meetings driving efficiency and productive project management

•Provide leadership and direction for the wider project team; developing critical paths and milestones schedules, ensuring these are followed, maintained and meet the expectations of the client

•Prepare and schedule post event debriefs including; client, internal departments and suppliers, producing reports and sharing lessons with colleagues and departments


•Work with the Creative team to develop creative solutions/experiential concepts, ensuring adequate and appropriate creative resources

•Bring extensive knowledge of complex events, logistics and production to the creative process and motivate the team to devise and deliver original ideas

•Ensure that client brand guidelines are applied consistently across all aspects of the project including communications, content and environment


•Supporting the client services team to manage pitches including playing a key role in the pitch team, agreeing the approach, structure, timeline and presentation

•Oversee production including timelines,
venues, suppliers, legal obligations, resourcing and budgets

•Ensure the final pitch aligns to the client’s brand values 

Leadership and Teamwork

•Mentoring less experienced team members and supporting upper managament with process reviews.

•Being part of a positive, friendly and responsive atmosphere and co-operation in maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude and encouraging each other.


•Bachelor degree requiered,

•Fluent English & Turkish.

•A minimum of 2 years of experience on event planning and production. Experience at a M.I.C.E / Event Management company is preferred.

•Ability to travel domestic or international.

•Able to work overtime.

•Knowledge and interest in event management and conference management with the ability to develop trust and inspire loyalty with clients at all levels

•Knowledge and interest in live presentations – content preparation and delivery

•Awareness and self-interest about “What is happening today in all over the World and What is next?”

•Knowledge of creative, logistical, technical, operational and production procedures

•Strong communication skills, both written and oral

•Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight deadlines

•Strong track record in complex experimental events for high-profile brands, large-scale events, B2C brand events and B2B conference delivery including major corporates and high-profile brands.

•Good presentation and pitching skills.

•Planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
